About the SDGs Model Program : Guardian of the Earth (GEarth) Leadership Fiesta & Award

🌷Introduction


The Guardian of the Earth (GEarth) Leadership Fiesta & Award is a flagship global initiative running from 2023 to 2030, designed to unite leaders, changemakers, professionals, and communities from all walks of life to advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Unlike traditional award programs, GEarth integrates action, leadership development, and celebration into one continuous process engaging people of all ages and sectors, from grassroots activists to global policy leaders.

🌷Background

Originally envisioned by Raoman Smita, Founder of the Global Law Thinkers Society (GLTS), GEarth introduces two groundbreaking leadership approaches:

Eco-Guardianship – Recognizing humanity’s deep-rooted connection and responsibility to protect the Earth.

Life Leadership – A holistic leadership framework encompassing spiritual, relational, educational, professional, and social dimensions to foster a healthy environment, human development, well-being, and financial freedom.

The program operates as a replicable SDG leadership model, starting in Bangladesh and expanding internationally, bridging people, professions, and generations to work collaboratively for environmental, economic, and social sustainability.

GEarth consists of two main parts

A. Leadership Activities (Actions) – Year-round programs, campaigns, training, and projects aligned with SDG priorities.
B. GEarth Summit & Award Fiesta (Result) – An annual global gathering celebrating impact leaders and sharing best practices.

🌷Event Format: Leadership Fiesta & Award

The Fiesta & Award is the annual highlight, a high-energy, inclusive, and impactful celebration featuring:

  • Keynote talks by global leaders
  • Panel discussions & workshops on SDG challenges
  • Cultural & artistic showcases promoting peace and diversity
  • Networking sessions for partnerships

🌷ACTIVITIES SUMMARY LIST

17 Hybrid Leadership Activities:

1. World Record

  1. Green-Human-Wall, human chain will be made in 64 Districts of Bangladesh and Globally at a time.
  2. In other countries we will set record according to the country we select for GEarth.

2. GEarth Summit I World Leadership Fiesta & Award

GLTS will organize GEarth Summit under GEarth in the end of the Year. A 3 days leadership festival and Award Program that sum up all the activities in a country and show commitment on the GEarth Yearly Theme. Winners in activities and Nominated/Applied Delegates will get award and recognitions. Minimum 10 Awardees from Around the World will be selected for GEarth Award.

3. Youth Congress [Global & National]

Youth Congress will be held through national and international youth participation for SDG actions, present world crisis, suggestions, recommendations, opinion, actions and commitment for new world. We make sure youth participation and contribution along with civil society, experts, governments, ambassadors and anyone interested to take part in SDGs actions. And bring experts and youth under a platform for panel discussion and find solutions. All registered members will be Delegates and will win “GEarth SDG Leadership Award” and take part in GEarth SDGs Actions for 2030 mission.

4. Tree Plantation:

“Green War, Green  Freedom” under the theme will run tree plantation campaign to plant Ten (10) million all over the world for climate action.

5. Peace Cultural Show and Charity Concert

Organize Cultural exchange program and concert for Peace, promote Interfaith harmony and fundraise for tree plantation.

6. Mascot and Sign Language for GEarth

  1. Design the Mascot “Tree Girl & Bobo Bee”. These mascots will Carry the message of saving the Earth and related topics of GEarth.
  2. A sign of shed will be showed to create mass support for GEarth.

7. Positive Music Contest (Online) and Album Release

Lyrics and song composition for world issues and theme song will be called for contest. Winners song will be released as album.

8. Environment Rally Contest

A rally contest on “Green War, Green  Freedom” and “Blue War, Blue Freedom”, for Environment and River Justice highlighting of saving rivers, stop water, soil, sound and air pollution, movement for green development and stop climate change. Any group/countries may participate in this contest.

🌷TENURE AND REGIONAL SCOPE:

Global Expansion:
Following the successful Bangladesh implementation, the model will be introduced annually in selected countries.
Pipeline Countries include: India, Nepal, Pakistan, Malaysia, Maldives, Thailand, Turkey, UAE (Dubai), UK (London), USA, Switzerland, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Russia, and additional regions based on partnerships and demand.

Initial Timeline: 2023–2030, with a comprehensive impact and recommendation report published in 2030.

Bangladesh Pilot Model:

  • First phase to cover all 64 districts in Bangladesh.
  • Annual GEarth Summit to share results, recognize leaders, and set the next year’s agenda.
  • Post-2030, findings will guide a permanent and expanded national framework, with district-level programs running independently under the GEarth banner.
