  • Registration covers entry to all event sessions, cultural programs, networking opportunities, and award ceremonies.
  • Participants will receive official event kits, certificates, and access to post-event networking channels.

  • Registration fee must be paid only after selection as Awardee/Delegate by the Jury & GLTS Authority.
  • Once payment is cleared and the official invitation letter is issued, the fee is non-refundable.
  • If, for any reason, the program is cancelled, after deducting necessary processing expenses, 60% of the paid amount will be refunded.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals, organizations, or initiatives contributing to sustainable development, environmental protection, community leadership, or social impact.
  • Applications may be submitted either self-nomination or by a third party.
  • All information submitted must be truthful, accurate, and verifiable.

2. Application Process

  • All sections of the application form must be completed in full.
  • Incomplete, false, or misleading information may result in disqualification.
  • All supporting documents and media must be original or rights-cleared.

3. Selection Process

  • The Jury Panel, appointed by GLTS, will review and score applications based on set evaluation criteria.
  • The decision of the Jury is final and binding.
  • Shortlisted applicants may be contacted for additional information or interviews.

4. Registration & Fees

  • Selected Awardees/Delegates will be formally notified by email or phone.
  • Registration fees (if applicable) must be paid only after official selection and issuance of the Invitation Letter by GLTS.
  • Fees are non-refundable once payment is received and the Invitation Letter has been issued.

5. Refund Policy

  • If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, 60% of the paid amount will be refunded after deducting processing expenses.
  • No refunds will be provided for withdrawals, visa issues, or travel delays caused by the participant.

6. Scholarships

  • GLTS Leaders/Members selected as Awardees may receive scholarship benefits such as free accommodation, meals, and local transport.
  • Scholarships are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Participation Obligations

  • All participants must attend scheduled event activities, including panel discussions, award ceremonies, and networking sessions.
  • Participants must comply with GLTS event guidelines and respect cultural and local norms.
  • Any misconduct or breach of terms may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • By participating, applicants grant GLTS the right to use submitted materials, photographs, and recordings for promotional and archival purposes.

9. Travel & Visa

  • International participants are responsible for obtaining their own visas and travel arrangements.
  • GLTS will provide necessary invitation letters for confirmed participants.

10. Liability

  • GLTS is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, illness, or damage to property during travel or the event.
  • All participants attend at their own risk.

11. Acceptance

Submission of an application constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Can I nominate someone else?

Yes. You can apply for yourself or nominate an individual, organization, or initiative.

3. Is there an application fee?

No. The application and nomination process is completely free.

4. What is the deadline to apply?

Applications close on September 28, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

5. What are the award categories?

There are 8 categories, including Environmental Protection, Sustainable Business, Public Health Innovation, Scientific Advancement, Youth Leadership, Education, Policy & Governance, and Creative Advocacy.

6. What information is required in the application?

Your contact details, nominee’s details (if nominating), a short bio, achievements, supporting documents or links, and references.

7. Do I need proof of my achievements?

Yes. You can submit evidence such as photos, reports, media coverage, certificates, or testimonials.

8. Can teams or organizations apply?

Yes. Teams, NGOs, companies, or projects can apply or be nominated.

9. Will travel costs be covered for awardees?

International awardees will receive invitation letters. Travel and accommodation may be supported based on sponsorship availability.

10. When will winners be announced?

Finalists will be informed by October 10, 2025, and awards will be presented on October 31, 2025, in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Will there be media coverage?

Yes. The event will have local and international media coverage, and awardees’ profiles will be featured globally.

12. What happens after winning?

Awardees join the GEarth Leadership Community, gaining networking, collaboration, and capacity-building opportunities.
